The meaning of professionalism to me means that you need to be impressive in a hard-working way and do what you're told to do by trustworthy people for your benefit. This helps your day-to-day life out of school and in school. If a teacher tells you to do your work it's good for your education so that you can succeed in the future. You can be professional out of school, smiling at people and greeting people at work, which allows you to make a good first impression. This value could be used when you are applying for your first job where you need to look smart, be respectful and impress the boss to get the job. Professionalism is a very underrated word and it can be used for many things - that's why in my opinion professionalism is one of the most powerful words in the world.
